The city of New York is celebrating one hundred years of taxi cabs at this year's auto show, but we hope to be drooling over a different sort of cab--the Porsche 911 Turbo cabriolet. We expected it to appear at March's Geneva show, and test mules have been spotted running through arctic climates, so it might just--we say that with our fingers crossed--be shown at the Javits Center. Like the coupe, it will be powered by a 480-hp 3.6-liter flat-six. Acceleration with the top down could leave drivers bald. Pricing should start around $130,000 which means that it will be Porsche's most expensive model. For now, at least.
