All-wheel drive is standard on the FX45 (the FX35 offers rear-wheel drive). As much as 50 percent of the torque can be sent to the front wheels as soon as wheel slippage is detected.

The FX is derived from Nissan's FM platform, which underpins the Nissan 350Z and both Infiniti G35 models.

There is an incredible array of available gadgets: GPS navigation, rear-view camera, intellignet cruise control, tire-pressure monitor, DVD entertainment system, and keyless entry and ignition.

Power front seats, automatic climate control, and reclining rear seats are all standard.

Cargo capacity is 27.4 cubic feet with the seats up, or fold the seatbacks with a lever near the tailgate for 64.5 cubic feet of storage.
