This isn't just the most powerful roadgoing 911 ever, it's also one of the most focused. Porsche takes a 911 Turbo and does away with such items as all-wheel drive, resulting in a 320-pound weight reduction over the Big T. The engine is uprated to 530 hp and 505 lb-ft of torque, giving a claimed 0-to-60-mph time of 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 204 mph. To help the GT2 get off the line cleanly, a launch-control system waits for boost pressure to build up before letting loose. Ceramic brakes, usually an expensive option on other 911s, are standard.
