2008 Volkswagen Passat 2.0T Lux

2008 Volkswagen Passat Front View

This Passat didn't do a whole lot for me. The 2.0T is adequate in the Passat, but not much more than that if you spend a lot of time merging with highway traffic. I'm ready to try out a CC and see if it drives as well as it looks.Maybe the Passat would make more sense with a diesel engine. Some families are a little cramped in a Jetta, but the Passat offers a little more room and costs a lot less than a Mercedes E-class with a diesel. That's the only sedan a family of four could comfortably fit in for trips that offers a diesel engine in the U.S. right now.
